By reducing light intake, they allow for lower shutter speeds without overexposing the image. This is ideal for achieving motion blur or maintaining consistent exposure. When used flexibly, the set ensures clean, high-quality results, even with a 180° shutter angle and low ISO settings.
(Note: The shutter angle refers to the relationship between shutter speed and frame rate. For instance, at 24fps with a 180° shutter angle, the exposure time equals 1/48 second.)
