The DJI Matrice 4T is equipped with a wide-angle camera featuring a 1/1.3" CMOS sensor, 48MP effective pixels, an f/1.7 aperture, and a 24 mm format equivalent lens. Its medium telephoto camera also includes a 1/1.3" CMOS sensor with 48MP effective pixels, an f/2.8 aperture, and a 70 mm format equivalent lens. Additionally, the telephoto camera uses a 1/1.5" CMOS sensor, 48MP effective pixels, an f/2.8 aperture, and a 168 mm format equivalent lens.
The laser range finder supports a measurement range of up to 1800 meters at 1 Hz and an oblique incidence range (1:5 ratio) of 600 meters at 1 Hz. It has a blind zone of 1 meter and provides range accuracy calculated as ± (0.2 + 0.0015 × distance in meters).
For thermal imaging, the Matrice 4T includes an infrared thermal camera with a resolution of 640 × 512, an f/1.0 aperture, and an equivalent focal length of 53 mm. This uncooled VOx microbolometer supports high-resolution mode for detailed thermal analysis.
Finally, the NIR auxiliary light has a 6° field of view (FOV) and an illumination distance of up to 100 meters, enhancing low-light operations.

The Wide-Angle Camera features a 4/3 CMOS sensor with 20MP effective pixels, an adjustable aperture range of f/2.8-f/11, a 24 mm format equivalent lens, and a mechanical shutter for precise image capture.
The Medium Tele Camera is equipped with a 1/1.3" CMOS sensor, 48MP effective pixels, an f/2.8 aperture, and a 70 mm format equivalent lens, providing detailed imaging for mid-range observations.
The Tele Camera incorporates a 1/1.5" CMOS sensor, 48MP effective pixels, an f/2.8 aperture, and a 168 mm format equivalent lens, offering excellent zoom capabilities for distant targets.
Additionally, the Laser Range Finder supports a measurement range of up to 1800 meters at 1 Hz. It has an oblique incidence range (1:5 ratio) of 600 meters at 1 Hz, with a blind zone of 1 meter.
